At Phase 2, we offer on-site, phone, and email IT support to fix most computer problems at very reasonable rates. The productivity you gain from the time you save while we fix the problems will let this support pay for itself.

Like cars, computers can use regular maintenance. Whether it's the installation of patches, new anti-virus programs, checks to make sure the system is running at its peak performance, or backups, this "preventative maintenance" will end up in identifiable savings. If you do not feel comfortable doing this, or just don't have the time, our consultants at Phase 2 can come up with a regular service plan that will keep all your equipment running in tip-top shape.

We can of course handle the installation of new hardware and/or software if you would prefer not to do it yourself.
